Close mentoring and continuous professional development **Description:** ---------------- **Are you looking for a solid company in Project Management, Business Analysis, and Agile Transformation?** **PPM Coachers**, with 17 years of market experience, provides training, consulting, and team augmentation services, supporting organizations in defining operational models, continuous improvement, and agile transformation. **Why PPM Coachers?** * Participation in high-impact strategic projects. * Opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within digital transformation contexts. * Close mentoring, continuous development, and integration into an experienced, excellence-oriented team. **PPM Coachers is currently recruiting a Senior Construction Director to join a project in Melides (Grândola), in the high-end (luxury) residential construction sector.** **Your mission:** You will be responsible for the overall technical coordination of luxury residential construction projects, ensuring execution to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and rigor, while meeting defined deadlines, budgets, and technical requirements. * Manage, coordinate, and plan all construction phases, from preparation through final handover; * Ensure works are executed in compliance with the approved design, budget, and schedule; * Coordinate on-site teams, suppliers, materials, and equipment, maintaining high standards of quality and safety; * Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and oversight processes; * Implement technical and strategic solutions to optimize costs, resources, and timelines; * Utilize construction management tools to ensure rigorous control over planning and execution. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Higher education degree in Civil Engineering; * Solid senior-level experience in Construction Management; * Proven experience in residential construction, preferably in the luxury segment; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project; * Experience with CCS (Candy) is an advantage; * Strong technical autonomy and on-site decision-making capability; * Excellent leadership, planning, and team management skills; * In-depth knowledge of technical standards and legal frameworks governing construction; * B1/B2 level English proficiency is an advantage. **Mobility conditions** * Availability for relocation and permanent residence in Melides (mandatory); * Accommodation and company vehicle provided by the employer. **Work model:** On-site **Work location:** Melides
