Initial and ongoing training in the energy market ComparaJá is recruiting an Inside Sales \- Energy professional to strengthen its Energy team, supporting the platform's growth in financial product and essential services comparison. ComparaJá is Portugal’s leading platform for comparing financial products and essential services, with a mission to simplify consumers’ lives through impartial, free, and transparent analysis of the best market offers—including credit, insurance, and energy. In this role, you will help customers find electricity and gas solutions better suited to their consumption profiles, using a consultative and savings-oriented approach. **Responsibilities:** Analyze the market and compare electricity and gas tariffs from various providers; Present the best market offer according to each customer’s consumption profile; Help customers maximize savings on their energy contracts; Support customers from initial simulation through to signing with a new energy supplier; Ensure excellence in service delivery; Meet individual and team goals. **Required Profile:** Minimum qualification: secondary education; Strong communication, argumentation, and commercial empathy skills; Proactivity and resilience; Results orientation; Experience in the energy sector is preferred but not mandatory. **Offer:** Integration into a solid and growing fintech; Initial and ongoing training in the energy market; Structured career plan with progression opportunities; Base salary; Meal allowance; Attractive merit-based commission system. **Applications:** If you want to make a difference in Portuguese families’ budgets, submit your application.
