Execute sold-room reports, verify room status, identify rooms requiring attention, determine cleaning priorities, and update statuses for departing guests. Assist Housekeeping management and oversee daily operations. Serve as a liaison among Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry departments. Collaborate with the Front Desk to document and resolve issues related to rooms needing attention. Prepare, distribute, and communicate room assignment changes. Brief the next shift on outstanding issues. Complete required documentation. Support management in hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, counseling, disciplinary actions, motivation, and mentoring of employees. Comply with all company policies, as well as safety and security policies and procedures; report equipment issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete safety training and certifications. Maintain clean, professional uniforms and personal appearance; safeguard confidential information; and protect company assets. Welcome all guests in accordance with company standards; anticipate and respond to guest service needs; assist guests with disabilities; and sincerely express gratitude to guests. Communicate clearly and professionally with others. Build positive working relationships and appropriately address concerns raised by fellow employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, and position objects weighing up to 55 pounds (approximately 25 kilograms) unassisted; obtain assistance for items exceeding 55 pounds. Push or pull housekeeping carts and other job-related equipment loaded with supplies across inclined or uneven surfaces. Reach overhead and below knee level; bend, twist, pull, and stoop. Stand, sit, kneel, or walk throughout the entire work shift. Grip, turn, and manipulate objects of various sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Use computers and point-of-sale systems to input and verify job-related information. Read and visually verify information presented in various formats (e.g., small print).
