Long-term career opportunities Lisbon, Lisbon Retail – Retail Management / Part\-time / On\-site **THE ROLE** We are recruiting a part-time **Sales Assistant** for our store in Lisbon for a minimum period of 2 months. Sales Assistants deliver excellent and friendly service by assessing customer needs and providing assistance. Associates in this role know how to greet, qualify, recommend, and close each customer. Sales Assistants work cooperatively with the Store Manager and other assistants to ensure customer needs are met. Each assistant is responsible for providing a safe working and shopping environment. ### **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Customer Satisfaction** * This involves delivering excellent service that creates a positive customer experience and builds loyalty within a happy workplace. * Consistently demonstrate a genuine desire to help customers * Establish and promote customer loyalty using company tools such as distribution list cards and customer books * Provide additional information and do everything possible to satisfy the customer * When a product is unavailable, always offer alternatives * Handle complaints professionally, escalating them to your manager * **Product Knowledge** * This involves excellent product knowledge reflected in the quality of service delivered. * Excellent knowledge of trends and fabrics (composition, terminology, garment care, styles, etc.) * Maximize product potential to drive sales * **Driving Sales** * This involves strong business knowledge that will support sales growth. * Provide *feedback* to the Store Manager on what is selling * Build a regular customer base * Be aware of top and slower-performing sellers to improve overall sales * **Maintaining Safety, Protection, and Integrity** * This involves ensuring all procedures are followed and safety is maintained. * Ensure aisles are safe * Ensure the stockroom is safe * Act if other assistants behave unsafely * Follow all loss prevention procedures * Take measures to reduce shrinkage * Treat all assistants and customers with respect ### **PROFILE** * Minimum bachelor's degree education * Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible retail experience with a luxury/contemporary brand * Extensive experience and ability to lead delivery of high-level customer service in branded retail * Communicate honestly, openly, and constructively * Contribute to an inclusive culture embracing diverse styles and talents working toward a clear purpose * Demonstrate flexibility and innovation when recognizing and responding to changes in the business environment * Enjoys working with international customers. ### **WHAT WE OFFER** * Work for an international and fast-growing company; * A professional and ambitious team; * Long-term career opportunities; We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
