Job Summary: We are looking for a professional to manage a portfolio of customers, providing service and support to help them regain financial stability, ensuring timely payment of installments while maintaining high service quality. What is the role? * Manage a portfolio of customers; * Serve, assist, and support customers via the company's communication channels; * Clarify questions and propose solutions throughout the customer journey; * Ensure installment payments from each customer in the portfolio; * Maintain service quality and retention indicators within company-established targets; * Perform other routine customer service tasks. Who are we looking for? * Passion for customer service and support roles; * Experience in call center environments, collections, customer support, and retention is valued; * Analytical ability, strong communication skills, and proactivity; * Resilience and results orientation; * Completed secondary education (12th grade) or currently pursuing higher education; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese; * Proficiency in computer applications.
