Responsibilities: - Your main responsibilities will be contacting potential customers by phone, presenting the benefits of tariff plans, and converting contacts into subscriptions. Requirements: - Prior experience in outbound call centers; - Strong communication skills; - High commercial motivation and enthusiasm for challenges; - Results-oriented mindset and persuasive ability; - Dynamism and resilience; - Proficiency in using computers; Offer: - Paid initial training; - Full-time working hours – 40 hours per week; - Base salary + Meal allowance + Pro-rata payments + Performance bonus.
