Our client seeks a **Vocational Training Coordinator in Electronics, Automation and Robotics**, responsible for managing and delivering courses in this dynamic field. **Responsibilities:** Identify and propose suitable external trainers based on quality criteria, approving their hiring jointly with the Head of Training; Manage and report on the budget allocated to your area of responsibility; Coordinate and supervise the pedagogical team, maintaining up-to-date records of their evaluations related to delivered training sessions; Provide feedback to trainers and implement corrective and preventive actions; Ensure monitoring of training activities (compliance with programs, schedules, and objectives — i.e., technical-pedagogical processes conforming to standards) within your coordination area; Define evaluation objectives for training activities (in case you are responsible for a pedagogical group); Ensure maintenance of quality standards for processes within your area; Ensure effective management of resources in your area. Comply with internal and external regulations and procedures (ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and 5S), Portuguese law (regarding training requirements), and customer quality expectations; Conduct benchmarking, establish and maintain good relationships with colleagues as well as external clients, facilitating knowledge and experience exchange; Maintain and develop internal and external networks of contacts; Ensure continuous improvement and innovation within your area; **Profile:** We are seeking a candidate with strong technical education and substantial experience in training coordination. * Bachelor’s degree in technical and/or technological fields * English language proficiency * Minimum 3 years’ experience in pedagogical coordination * Knowledge of Apprenticeship and Adult Education courses * Strong communication and teamwork skills Ideally, the candidate should possess essential behavioral competencies required to lead teams and motivate trainees.
