




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for application support with experience in AS400, SQL, and ITIL, focused on problem resolution and customer service within a dynamic environment. What We Are Looking For: * Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in Application Support or similar roles; * Solid experience with AS400 technology; * Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with ITIL best practices; * Proven ability to provide first-line customer support, including incident logging, troubleshooting, and escalation; * Experience fulfilling reporting requests, data extraction, and application configuration; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to rapidly acquire in-depth knowledge of products and technologies; * Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, teamwork capabilities, and autonomy; * Availability to work rotating shifts (earlier start at 6:00 AM, later finish at 7:00 PM\) and occasionally on Saturdays for technical operations; * Preferred: Knowledge of the Banking and Capital Markets sectors; * Fluent French and English required (near-native level).
