Ability to prepare dishes skillfully and independently A restaurant with over 30 years of history and recognized as a gastronomic reference in Setúbal seeks to strengthen its team with a "COOK" — IMMEDIATE START: We offer: Salary of €2,000 net per month for cooks with proven CV & leadership experience; Salary of €1,500 net per month for cooks with experience & leadership potential; Salary of €1,200 net per month for cooks with solid experience; Opportunity to create/prepare and introduce new signature dishes onto the menu. We seek: Previous experience in restaurants specializing in traditional Portuguese cuisine; Demonstrated experience preparing traditional Portuguese dishes; Ability to prepare dishes skillfully and independently; Team spirit, stress resistance, and willingness to make sacrifices are highly valued. Additional Responsibilities: Update the current menu with new dishes; Introduce new production and organizational methods; Develop technical specifications for all menu items. Notes: Knowledge and practical skills in dish preparation will be verified on-site, as well as hands-on knowledge of production techniques and work methods.
