If you enjoy craft beer and seek a long-term commitment, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. At least 1 year of general bar experience is required. The candidate must be proactive, organized, and independent, capable of multitasking and working under pressure. The ideal candidate is not afraid of getting their hands dirty and can occasionally lift heavy objects. Willingness to prepare simple appetizers is required; knowledge of basic cocktail preparation is a plus. Availability to work most weekends from 5/6 PM until 2/3 AM is required.
