By including everyone and ensuring equal opportunities we unleash our full potential. **Job Description** **Your contribution to something big:** * Coordinate the implementation of new HR requirements in SAP systems as part of our global S/4HANA transformation projects; * Support testing activities in SAP HCM modules (Payroll, Master Data Management) by managing defects, solving problems, and driving investigations; * Collaborate with HR IT teams to update and maintain data in SAP HR systems; * Coordinate multiple international projects, acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders and ensuring smooth execution; * Contribute to developing innovative concepts for HR processes and master data integration within the future HR\-IT landscape; * Engage in various project phases, delivering high\-quality solutions for HR\-IT topics and work packages. **Qualifications** **What distinguishes you:** * **Education:** University degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a related field. * **Experience:** + Experience of more than 1 year in project management across all phases (initiation to closure), ideally in HR\-IT landscapes (SAP HCM, SuccessFactors); + Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus. * **Know\-how:** Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and MS Office tools. * **Languages:** Fluent English (C1 level), both written and spoken. * **Working Style \& Personality:** Analytical thinker with high flexibility, proactive mindset, and structured approach.
