This will significantly increase your chances of success. #### **About the Opportunity** The selected professional will be responsible for analysis, development, maintenance, and optimization of Mainframe applications. They will interact with Batch and Online systems, DB2 databases, and Continuous Delivery processes, and also participate in prevention and monitoring of nightly batch processing. #### **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze, develop, and maintain COBOL applications; * Work with Batch and Online processes; * Develop and optimize DB2 database operations; * Create, maintain, and monitor JCL procedures; * Use TSO/ISPF and EOS tools and environments; * Apply TDD and BDD practices during development; * Contribute to Continuous Delivery processes; * Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement solutions; * Participate in prevention and monitoring of nightly batch processing; * Collaborate with technical and functional teams on application evolution. #### **Mandatory Requirements** * More than 5 years of professional Mainframe development experience; * Solid COBOL development experience, including Batch and Online environments; * Practical experience with DB2, particularly CRUD operations, data modeling, and performance tuning; * Knowledge of JCL; * Knowledge of TSO/ISPF and EOS; * Familiarity with TDD and BDD methodologies; * Knowledge of Continuous Delivery processes; * Availability to perform nightly batch prevention; * Availability to start within a maximum of 30 days. #### **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge or experience with REST APIs in Mainframe environments; * Experience with critical systems and high-availability environments; * Strong analytical and incident resolution capabilities; * Experience optimizing processes and application performance. #### **Ideal Profile** We seek a senior, autonomous, and problem-solving-oriented professional with solid knowledge of the Mainframe ecosystem.
