Este es un puesto altamente operativo y presencial, que exige una fuerte presencia in situ durante los eventos, autoridad clara sobre la ejecución y liderazgo práctico de equipos internos y proveedores externos. **Principales responsabilidades** **Producción de eventos y supervisión in situ** * Actuar como responsable principal de la supervisión de la producción de todos los eventos realizados en DOMA; * Coordinar personalmente eventos complejos, de alto nivel de personalización y exigencia operativa; * Supervisar la ejecución in situ antes, durante y después de los eventos; * Identificar, gestionar y resolver problemas operativos en tiempo real, garantizando la calidad del servicio y la experiencia de los invitados. **Estándares de producción y protocolos operativos** * Definir, documentar e implementar estándares claros de producción de eventos, incluyendo: * preparación previa al evento y procesos de entrega; * ejecución del servicio in situ; * coordinación entre departamentos; * procedimientos de escalado y resolución de problemas; * Garantizar la aplicación consistente de estos estándares por parte de todos los equipos y socios; * Revisar y mejorar continuamente los protocolos sobre la base de los comentarios operativos recogidos en eventos en vivo. **Gestión de equipos y formación** * Liderar y gestionar el equipo de eventos, asegurando claridad en funciones, responsabilidades y prioridades; * Capacitar al equipo en los estándares de producción, expectativas de servicio y disciplina operativa; * Supervisar el desempeño in situ y proporcionar retroalimentación directa, constructiva y orientada a la mejora; * Fomentar una cultura de responsabilidad, confiabilidad y ejecución tranquila bajo presión. **Coordinación interdepartamental** * Coordinar agendas y necesidades de producción con los equipos de operaciones, F&B, hospitalidad, bienestar, mantenimiento y marketing; * Asegurar que todos los departamentos estén alineados, informados y preparados antes de cada evento; * Reducir fricciones y escalados de última hora mediante una planificación estructurada y una comunicación clara. **Gestión de proveedores y control de calidad** * Supervisar a todos los proveedores externos involucrados en la entrega de los eventos (técnicos, producción, facilitadores, prestadores de actividades, entre otros); * Evaluar el desempeño de los proveedores según los estándares de producción y servicio de DOMA; * Revisar y mejorar regularmente el pool de proveedores, asegurando confiabilidad y calidad; * Gestionar directamente a los proveedores in situ durante los eventos, siempre que sea necesario. **Atención al cliente y consistencia del servicio** * Actuar como principal referente operativo senior para los clientes durante momentos clave del evento; * Garantizar una comunicación clara, estructurada y profesional a lo largo de todo el ciclo del evento; * Gestionar expectativas y resolver situaciones complejas con autoridad, empatía y enfoque en la solución; * Asegurar una experiencia consistente en todas las áreas: alojamiento, F&B, espacios y actividades. **Requisitos** * Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en producción de eventos, operaciones de hospitalidad o entornos de servicio en vivo; * Experiencia comprobada en la supervisión de equipos y operaciones en contexto real; * Fuerte comprensión de estándares de servicio, SOPs y disciplina operativa; * Presencia segura in situ y capacidad de toma de decisiones con autoridad; * Perfil altamente organizado, práctico y orientado a la resolución de problemas; * Disponibilidad para trabajar regularmente los fines de semana y mayor carga horaria durante períodos de eventos, con flexibilidad horaria alineada con el calendario operativo; * Carnet de conducir válido y acceso a vehículo propio, debido a la ubicación, horarios de fin de semana y necesidades operativas in situ; * Dominio fluido del inglés; conocimientos de portugués son una ventaja relevante. **Ubicación** Mafra – Gradil, Portugal **Horario de trabajo** * Horario: Turnos rotativos de 8 horas, con 2 días de descanso semanal, incluyendo trabajo regular los fines de semana, de acuerdo con las necesidades de producción de eventos. **Ofrecemos** * Integración en un equipo joven y dinámico; * Formación inicial y continua; * Un puesto con verdadera responsabilidad sobre la calidad, estándares y ejecución de los eventos; * Comidas in situ; * Acceso a internet; * Estacionamiento gratuito. **Candidaturas** Envíe su candidatura a: **hr@doma.pt** Al enviar su candidatura, usted autoriza la gestión proactiva de su CV para futuros procesos de reclutamiento para los cuales su perfil pueda ser adecuado.
