We are looking for a **Senior Business Analyst (Data \& Analytics)** to join our company on one of our projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Elicit, analyze, and clarify business requirements from multiple stakeholders; * Translate functional needs into user stories and acceptance criteria; * Support backlog refinement and management in an Agile context; * Ensure correct interpretation of requirements by development teams; * Functionally oversee deliverables through to acceptance testing; * Organize and maintain functional documentation; * Validate delivered solutions and support continuous application evolution. **Requirements:** * Up to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst; * Higher education degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or related field; * Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Design Thinking; * Strong communication skills between business and technical teams; * Experience in Data, Analytics, Data Warehouse, or Power BI projects; * Knowledge of data modeling (tables, relationships); * Experience or knowledge of Databricks (preferred); * Knowledge of Jira and/or Confluence; * High autonomy, organizational ability, and analytical capability. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of SAS, SAP, or Salesforce. **Work Arrangement:** * Hybrid (2 days in office) **We Offer:** * Unlimited access to Udemy; * 22 vacation days plus 3.5 tolerance days per year; * Health insurance.
