We are recruiting a Waiter/Waitress (m/f) for the Sesimbra OceanFront Hotel\&SPA! **Main Responsibilities**: * Serve meals and beverages to guests; * Set up the restaurant dining area; * Maintain cleanliness and order in the space; * Communicate guest orders to the kitchen team; * Request supplies for the restaurant; * Sell and promote hotel services. **Requirements:** * Technical training in Restaurant/Bar or related field; * Proven experience in the field, preferably in a 5\*-rated hotel; * Solid knowledge of restaurant techniques and HACCP; * Good user-level computer skills; * Proficiency in foreign languages; English is mandatory; * Effective communication skills and customer- and service-oriented mindset; * Strong leadership abilities, including the capacity to train, motivate, and develop the team; * Initiative-taking, dynamic, and organized; * Rigorous and committed to work. **We Offer:** * A positive work environment and integration into a young, dynamic team; * Salary commensurate with demonstrated experience for the role; * Health insurance; * Holiday bonus based on attendance; * Benefits across Highgate hotels; * Career development and progression opportunities.
