ROLE: Support the sales team in following up with customers and business opportunities. Contact new B2B customers to present our services. Manage lead follow-up and keep CRM information up to date. Prepare commercial proposals and support the sales process. Provide customer support throughout the entire commercial process. Collaborate with various departments to ensure excellent customer service. Perform administrative tasks supporting commercial operations. REQUIREMENTS: Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for customer interaction. Organized, proactive profile with a high sense of responsibility. Results-oriented mindset and willingness to advance professionally. Team spirit. Proficiency in user-level computer applications. Administrative, sales, or customer support experience is considered an advantage. Fluency in Portuguese; knowledge of English and/or Spanish is valued.
