**Role Overview** We are looking for a skilled **DevOps Engineer** to design, implement, and optimise our development and operations workflows. This role is key to ensuring smooth integration between development and infrastructure, enabling fast, secure, and reliable delivery of applications. You will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage containerised environments, and support secure connectivity with third\-party systems. As a DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate closely with development teams, foster a culture of automation and continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with security best practices across cloud and on\-premises environments. **What You Will Do** * Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery. * Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver patches for Golang\-based applications. * Manage and monitor REST/GRPC interfaces to 3rd party systems. * Implement and maintain containerisation and orchestration in Kubernetes environments. * Drive security and compliance across infrastructure and applications. * Collaborate with development teams to implement smaller change requests (Golang, Java). * Encourage teamwork, communication, and knowledge sharing. **What You Bring** * Solid development background (any language) with a willingness to learn Golang if not already in use. * Hands\-on experience with Linux\-based infrastructures. * Strong scripting skills (Bash, JavaScript/Node.js). * Proficiency with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). * Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). * Knowledge of web technologies: HTTP, TLS, REST. * Understanding of authentication standards: OIDC, OAuth, SAML, Certificates. * Security mindset, with knowledge of Zero Trust concepts. * Cloud platform expertise (AWS) and infrastructure as code (Ansible, Terraform). * Solid understanding of networking fundamentals. **Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)** * Programming experience with Golang or Java. * Monitoring and logging tools (Elasticsearch stack, Grafana, Loki, Prometheus). * Database administration experience (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). **Soft Skills** * Strong communication skills in English, able to discuss technical issues with developers and product owners. * Problem\-solving abilities with a hands\-on, creative approach when investigating unexpected behaviours. * Team\-oriented mindset, comfortable working in interdisciplinary, virtual, and globally distributed teams. **Education and Experience Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. * At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in a DevOps environment. * Strong understanding of automation, cloud services, and DevOps best practices. **Excited?
