Personal and professional development plan New Print is an advertising agency specializing in visual communication and commercial space decoration, primarily serving the Perfumery, Cosmetics, Health, and Fashion sectors. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Planning Department — a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. **Main Responsibilities:** Preparation of Production Sheets to be sent to various departments: Carpentry; Graphic Production; Finishing; Painting; etc.; Project monitoring from the budgeting phase through to implementation; Management and control of project timelines; **Requirements:** Higher education degree in Product Equipment Design or Materials (preferred); Previous experience in similar roles (preferred); Knowledge of various materials and their applications; Experience with image editing software and design software — especially Illustrator; Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a team; Familiarity with CNC machines such as laser cutters and milling machines is a PLUS **We Offer:** Base salary + current company benefits; Personal and professional development plan; Ongoing support; Excellent working environment; Opportunities for professional development and growth Please send your application to sonia.romero@newprint.pt Employment type: Full-time
