Team management and coordination capability Requirements: \- Mechanical Engineers specializing in construction management and technical direction, to join our operational team in the HVAC systems area. Minimum 3 years of experience. \- Registration with OET or OE \- Valid driver's license (mandatory) \- TRM (preferred) \- Centerm certification (preferred) \- Immediate availability. \- Residence in the Greater Lisbon area (preferably Sintra/Amadora/Oeiras/Lisbon) \- Strong communication and client relationship skills \- General knowledge of HVAC projects \- Dynamism and organizational capability \- Knowledge of HVAC regulatory legislation related to construction management, tender responses, and proposals. \- Team management and coordination capability.
