Integration into a stable operation **ABOUT US** Lucena & Lucena is a cleaning and maintenance services company. We are reinforcing the team assigned to our client **Carris**, responsible for cleaning and maintaining roads in Lisbon. **THE ROLE** Driving heavy vehicles (street sweeper van / heavy vehicle) for **road and tramway cleaning and maintenance services of the Carris network**, during night / early-morning shifts. This is a **high-responsibility role**. **SCHEDULE** Night / early-morning shift: from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** * Driving the assigned heavy vehicle (sweeper or equivalent) * Supporting the team in cleaning tramways and roads * Strict compliance with Carris safety regulations * Teamwork in a sensitive operational environment **REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY)** * Valid Category C (heavy vehicle) driving license required * Prior experience as a heavy vehicle driver * Availability for night / early-morning shifts * Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to safety **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Prior experience driving cleaning / street sweeper vehicles * Experience in railway, industrial, or continuous-operation environments * Training in track-side or critical infrastructure safety **THE CANDIDATE WE SEEK** * Absolute commitment to safety — track-side errors have consequences beyond the vehicle itself * Reliability during night shifts, autonomous and quiet work requiring sustained concentration * Team spirit * Regular attendance and punctuality * Care for the vehicle as if it were one's own **WHAT WE OFFER** * Salary commensurate with specialization (heavy vehicle + night shift) * Meal allowance * Company-provided safety training * Personal protective equipment (PPE) and tools provided * Integration into a stable operation with a reference contract Compensation: €1,200.00 – €1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site
