Unlimited access to technological training IRIUM is looking for a Senior Project / Service Manager to join its team in Lisbon, on a hybrid basis. This opportunity is intended for experienced professionals in project and service management, with experience in technological contexts, leadership capabilities, and a results-oriented mindset in dynamic and demanding environments. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Management, or a related field; More than 6 years of experience in project or service management; More than 4 years of experience in technological contexts, such as IT, engineering, or digital platforms; Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile (e.g., Scrum and Kanban); Experience managing schedules, budgets, and resources; Experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, or equivalents; Ability to analyze KPIs, delivery metrics, and performance indicators; Experience in risk management and mitigation; Experience coordinating complex technological projects, including integrations, APIs, digital platforms, or distributed systems; Strong leadership and team motivation skills; Clear and effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders; Highly organized with strong prioritization skills; Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities; Adaptability to dynamic and continuously evolving environments; Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively; Results orientation and commitment to continuous improvement; Minimum English proficiency level: C1; Fluent Portuguese required. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in international and/or highly regulated environments; Familiarity with cloud environments and DevOps practices. **Compensation:** The indicated salary range is between €2,800 and €3,100 gross per month, including fixed compensation, variable compensation, meal allowance, remote work allowance, and other benefits. **Offer:** Join an innovative and growing company; Professional development opportunities; Compensation aligned with experience and performance; Access to flexible compensation and private health insurance as social benefits; Unlimited access to self-paced technological training. **Equal Opportunity:** IRIUM advocates for a world free from stereotypes and limitations and believes in equality for all individuals—principles embedded in its Equality Plan and Code of Ethics.
