Statistical analysis of KPIs and identification of trends DATA Group is looking for a Senior KPI Analyst to join its team in Lisbon under a hybrid work model, requiring office presence three times per week. DATA Group develops innovative IT solutions for clients across various markets, fostering a collaborative, dynamic environment focused on team growth. **Responsibilities:** Analyze daily KPIs per ATM, including permanent or temporary cash capacity and consumption; Generate daily replenishment orders according to consumption requirements; Prepare performance reports; Review supplier invoices, validating them against requested orders and other relevant documentation; Develop content, presentations, documents, and reports for external and internal clients; Participate in team meetings. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Management, Economics, or related field; Experience in statistical analysis of KPIs and identification of trends or patterns; Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access; Knowledge of relational databases, including SQL Server and T\-SQL; Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; Availability to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon, with three days per week in the office. **Preferred Qualifications:** Master’s degree in one of the fields listed above; Knowledge of programming languages such as VBA; Familiarity with information systems and system integration methods; Experience in cash management, particularly as an operational cash manager at Cash-in-Transit (CIT) companies or in similar roles at banks supporting CIT companies.
