Additionally, this position is available full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours/week). **Your responsibilities and tasks:** **Process responsibility:** * As a Treasury Systems Functional Analyst (SFA) (m/f/d), you serve as a Subject Matter Expert\*in supporting treasury processes and ensuring their adequate and consistent implementation across our Treasury Management Systems. * You advise business units on process-related topics and their implementation within the TMS and other integrated central business applications. * You act as the central interface between IT and business units, translating business requirements into precise technical specifications and accompanying cross-system end-to-end implementation. * You consistently adhere to compliance and governance requirements. **Operational operations and support:** * You coordinate and support the operational operations of Treasury Management Systems, initially focusing on the Finavigate TMS (including change and incident management, user and master data administration). * You manage test requirements during system updates, handle scheduling, define test cases, and conduct or supervise testing. * You identify optimization potentials in systems and processes, develop new solutions and workflows jointly with business units, create concepts, and accompany implementation to automate treasury processes. **Strategic development:** * You analyze system requirements and market trends to ensure a modern, future-oriented treasury system landscape — including new financial instruments. * You evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and AI approaches during system transitions and proactively drive change to sustainably advance Siemens Healthineers. * You support treasury processes with a particular focus on compliance requirements. Learn more about this business field at https://www.siemens\-healthineers.com/de/products\-services **Your qualifications and experience:** * You hold a completed degree in business administration, finance, business informatics, or a comparable discipline related to treasury, finance, or IT processes. * Additionally, you bring extensive professional experience supporting Treasury Management Systems or finance departments of financial institutions, complemented by responsible roles in IT projects. * You possess strong understanding of treasury and finance processes, as well as solid knowledge of digitalization topics to support automation and data-driven analysis. * You have experience and expertise in the architecture of Treasury Management Systems (e.g., ITS, FIS) and can confidently articulate yourself using IT terminology. * You actively drive digitalization forward and are capable of identifying process improvements and developing optimal solutions that may require changes to system architecture, software, or business processes. * Do you have substantial, long-term professional experience and additional qualifications in this field but no academic degree?
