Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions **Location:**Lisboa, PT, 1600\-776 **YOUR MISSION** ---------------- Join us and help enhance store efficiency by implementing and operationalizing the pre\-established standards for Pingo Doce's new store concept.**WHAT YOU WILL DO** -------------------- * Implement pre\-defined standard continuous improvement processes in store settings; * Ensure daily operationalization of new action plans aimed at improving processes and workflows, guaranteeing their execution; * Staff teams according to pre\-defined criteria for different stores and departments; * Identify on\-site improvement opportunities and propose solutions; * Conduct audits and training sessions for teams across a wide network of stores. **YOUR PROFILE** ---------------- * Academic background preferably in Management, Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience of 1 year in similar roles is preferred; * Strong communication skills, interpersonal ease, critical thinking, strong analytical aptitude, and proficiency in Excel; * Availability for rotating shifts; * Willingness to travel frequently, including scheduled overnight stays. **WHO WE ARE AND WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US** ------------------------------------------- Why is working with us different?
