Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Preparer with experience in window and glazing systems to join an innovative and growing technical team, focused on the technical preparation of window and glazing systems and collaboration on major projects. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Site Preparer (M/F) to join our technical team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Reading and interpreting architectural drawings, transforming them into tangible solutions; * Detailed technical preparation of window and glazing systems; * Analyzing technical drawings and performing on-site measurements; * Planning and controlling materials and production processes; * Providing technical support to field teams, promoting effective solutions; * Participating in client meetings to define optimal solutions; * Collaborating to identify efficient, project-specific solutions. **Technical Skills:** * Minimum education: 12th grade; * Education in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field (preferred); * Minimum of 2–3 years’ professional experience in the field (preferred); * Experience with Prefsuite software; * Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software; * Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings; * Knowledge of window and glazing systems and façades; * Valid driver’s license. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Attention to detail and rigor; * Planning and organizational skills; * Critical thinking and sense of responsibility; * Strong communication and teamwork abilities; * Initiative, proactivity, and willingness to learn; * Problem-solving focus and results orientation. **What We Offer:** * Integration into a solid and growing company; * Opportunity for professional growth and development; * Collaborative and dynamic work environment; * Participation in diverse, large-scale projects; * Recognition and appreciation of demonstrated talent.
