Experience managing teams on construction sites #### **About the Job: HVAC Site Manager (m/f)** **Our client** is a solid and growing company operating in the fields of engineering and construction, and is currently reinforcing its team by integrating an **HVAC Site Manager**. This professional will be responsible for managing and coordinating HVAC installation projects across different contexts (residential, commercial, hospital, and industrial), ensuring adherence to schedules, cost control, and high standards of quality and safety. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and coordinate HVAC installation projects * Ensure planning, schedule control, and cost control * Coordinate technical teams and subcontractors * Analyze and validate technical designs * Liaise with clients, designers, and supervisors * Guarantee compliance with quality, safety, and legal requirements * Monitor project execution and resolve technical constraints ### **Requirements** * Proven experience in HVAC site management roles * Experience managing teams on construction sites * Ability to monitor and control execution progress * Experience liaising with various stakeholders * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred) * Training in HVAC systems * Certification for fluorinated gases (valued) * Training in Fire Safety Engineering (SCIE), project management, and occupational safety (valued)
