With over 20 years of experience in the Portuguese market and international markets, the company seeks to strengthen its Construction Supervision team. To this end, we are looking for a Construction Manager. Responsibilities of the Construction Manager: * Daily coordination of construction site activities, consistently prioritizing service quality, adherence to deadlines, and respectful collaboration among all contractors involved as well as the client; * Management of requirements across various internal JFA team members to ensure comprehensive project oversight; * Monitoring and implementation of Quality Plans, Safety Plans, and Environmental Monitoring Plans, supporting the preparation of Preliminary Implementation Reports (PIE’s). Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Availability to reside on-site throughout the duration of a construction project expected to last 9–12 months.
