Market analysis for technological advancement and best practices COMPANY A leading company in the luxury hospitality sector, aiming to create and develop an innovation- and sustainability-driven project in the Ourique area (Torre Vã); the company includes on its premises a dedicated space for innovation promotion initiatives (Innovation Hub) CANDIDATE The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Managing the hotel’s information systems, ensuring their operationality, security, and updates; * Monitoring and provisioning IT equipment and materials, guaranteeing proper hardware and software functionality; * Performing maintenance, replacement, and upgrades of computers and other IT equipment; * Supporting the implementation of new software and applications, as well as integration of new equipment; * Assisting the Innovation Hub Manager in technological initiatives and events; * Conducting continuous market analysis to ensure the hotel’s systems keep pace with technological evolution and industry best practices; PROFILE * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computing, or related fields; * Proven prior experience managing IT fleets in the hospitality sector (highly valued); * Solid knowledge of IT, hardware, and technological components; * Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and results orientation; * Organizational, planning, and communication skills; * Good command of English (additional language proficiency is an asset).
