IPTE believes that training is a key tool for the company’s evolution and sustainable growth; in other words, investing in employee training increases the value of our business and drives its growth. **The Mission:** * Develop and maintain test software architectures and reusable libraries. * Design and build test devices, including selection of instrumentation and electronic components. * Integrate and interconnect test hardware with control and data acquisition software, using interfaces such as PXI, GPIB, VXI, and Ethernet. * Create, implement, and debug automated test scripts and sequences for functional, performance, and reliability validation of products. * Collaborate closely with hardware and software design teams to define test requirements and validation strategies. * Maintain technical documentation for test systems. * Installation and commissioning of developed equipment. * Coordination and interaction with other departments. **What we are looking for:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. * Knowledge of test software and hardware development (LabVIEW / TestStand preferred). * Knowledge of electronics. * Practical experience with test instrumentation (oscilloscopes, multimeters, programmable power supplies, signal generators, etc.). * Fluency in English (written and spoken). * Minimum 2 years of experience in the role. **What we offer:** * The candidate will work for a global leader in manufacturing automation and test engineering, offering ample space for self-development. * Salary commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Career progression opportunities; * Health insurance; * Sports incentive (support for sports activities); * Continuous training. ### **Become part of IPTE Ibéria team** We always love seeing IPTE team grow.
