**Join Our Team in Beautiful Southwest Portugal** **Property \& Hospitality Roles (Single or Couple)** We’re looking for one or two friendly, capable flexible people to join our small team in Vilarinha and Carrapateira both in the stunning Costa Vicentina Natural Park in southwest Portugal. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone — or a couple — who loves hospitality, nature, and variety in their work. **About the Role** You’ll help us manage and maintain five beautiful holiday properties within a quiet hamlet, as well as assist occasionally at Casa Fajara our small rustic Boutique Hotel nearby. Key responsibilities include: * Overseeing the day\-to\-day management of these properties * Carrying out or coordinating small maintenance jobs (grass cutting, simple repairs, painting etc.) * Communicating with and supporting our cleaning team, ensuring properties are spotless and guest\-ready * Welcoming and assisting guests during their stay (If needed), and troubleshooting any issues that arise * Organising and overseeing tradespeople when needed * Helping with pool maintenance — training can be provided If there are two of you, we can also include: * Helping with cleaning and changeovers between guests * Supporting at Casa Fajãra with breakfasts and occasional evening meals * Assisting with general hospitality and guest service **Who We’re Looking For** You must be able to Work within the EU.
