Key Responsibilities * Lead, train, and supervise kitchen teams * Ensure strict compliance with HACCP and food safety standards * Guarantee adherence to defined technical sheets and cooking standards * Implement and monitor operational procedures * Control operational costs and raw material consumption * Analyze and reduce waste, setting targets and continuous improvement plans * Manage stock, inventories, and orders * Coordinate procurement and supplier relationships * Ensure kitchen organization, cleanliness, and efficiency * Support management in analyzing performance and profitability indicators Required Profile * Proven experience managing kitchens in organized foodservice operations * Leadership, motivation, and team training capabilities * Solid knowledge of HACCP and food safety * Experience in cost control, stock management, and procurement * Ability to implement and enforce processes and procedures * Organized, responsible, and results-oriented profile * Team spirit and strong communication skills * Availability for rotating shifts Especially Valued * Experience in waste reduction and cost optimization * Experience implementing technical sheets * Knowledge of inventory management and operational indicators We Offer * Integration into a growing project * Autonomy to implement improvements and develop teams * Salary conditions commensurate with demonstrated experience * Opportunities for career progression and professional development Compensation: €1,100.00 – €1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site
