We are looking for a Grill Chef to strengthen our team at the grill of GoodFellas Clube do Bairro. Between Algés and Belém, in the Restelo neighborhood, there is a special place: Clube do Bairro. A relaxed and informal meeting point, GoodFellas is a space for sharing among everyone — whether friends or strangers, family members or neighbors. \- Prepare and cook meals according to standards and technical specifications. \- Select and prepare ingredients required for meal preparation; \- Ensure proper storage and appropriate preservation of food products, and compliance with HACCP standards; \- Plate and garnish cooked dishes; \- Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of food preparation areas (equipment, utensils, and surfaces), and maintain respective records. \- Support other team members in carrying out their tasks; \- Actively contribute to enhancing the restaurant’s gastronomic experience. The ideal candidate is a professional with experience grilling meats and fish over charcoal. Committed, proactive, and passionate about gastronomy and the art of hospitality. \- Culinary training; \- Strong team spirit; \- Minimum 3 years of experience in high-volume restaurants. \- Experience in charcoal-grilled cuisine; \- Ability to work efficiently and organize tasks; \- Flexible availability (evenings and weekends); \- English language proficiency at A2 level (Elementary); \- Ability to handle stress in a restaurant where every guest is special and every table is unique.
