Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Assistant to support internal teams, monitor operational processes, and resolve technical issues, with a focus on organizing information and collaborating on procedures. We are located in Famões, Odivelas. **Technical Assistant** We are recruiting a Technical Assistant to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Providing technical support to the company's internal teams * Monitoring operational processes * Supporting resolution of day-to-day technical issues * Organizing and updating technical information * Collaborating on implementation and improvement of internal procedures * Communicating with customers and suppliers for technical support and clarification of doubts **Requirements:** * Strong problem-solving skills * Good computer literacy * Sense of responsibility and organizational ability * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team * Ability to work autonomously * Prior experience (valued but not mandatory) * Working hours from 9:00–18:00, with lunch break (13:00–14:00) * Willingness to travel **We Offer:** Machine training.
