Job Summary:
Konica Minolta is seeking a Microsoft 365 Specialist to define, implement, and manage the governance and operations model for the M365 ecosystem.
Key Highlights:

Today, we work on Printing and Software solutions. Currently, we are reinforcing our team with a Microsoft 365 Specialist to be assigned to our client.
Your responsibilities will include:
\- Define, implement, and maintain the Microsoft 365 Governance model;
\- Manage the 365 Hub (currently managed by the client), ensuring alignment, standards, and best practices;
\- Produce, update, and maintain governance and operational documentation for the M365 ecosystem;
\- Manage Microsoft 365 licensing, including: different license types and profiles, consumption analysis and cost optimization, management of existing complexity and lack of structured information in ITSM;
\- Manage authorized domains for external sharing and related policies;
\- Ensure advanced operational management of M365: handling Level 3 requests and incidents, defining operational and lifecycle procedures, managing visibility, ownership, and lifecycle of Microsoft Teams, delivering and transferring procedures to the consortium;
\- Manage access rights in the context of M365 mobility;
\- Manage and govern Microsoft 365 Groups;
\- Inventory M365 features and services and track Microsoft updates and roadmap;
\- Conduct trainings and workshops (Teams, Planner, licensing, and M365 best practices);
\- Monitor and manage tickets with Microsoft support;
\- Monitor Microsoft service-level alerts and global incidents.
What we expect from you:
\- Academic background in Information Technology;
\- Experience in similar roles;
\- Solid knowledge of: Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents;
\- Experience in defining M365 governance models, standards, and processes;
\- Experience in Microsoft 365 licensing management, with focus on analysis and optimization;
\- Knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID, groups, permissions, and access control;
\- Experience in external sharing, M365 compliance, and security;
\- Ability to design and document operational and governance procedures;
\- Experience in contacting, monitoring, and escalating issues with Microsoft support;
\- Knowledge of ITSM (incidents, requests, problems, and changes);
\- Analytical profile for assessing impact and adoption of new M365 services.
