BUILD SMART ACADEMY – TÉTRIS TRAINEE PROGRAMME 2027 ABOUT THE PROGRAMME The Build Smart Academy is the 9th edition of JLL's graduate programme, designed exclusively for Tétris. This 12\-month paid trainee programme is aimed at developing the next generation of talent within Tétris' dynamic Design \& Build environment. Throughout the programme, trainees will have the opportunity to gain hands\-on experience in real projects, working alongside experienced professionals and developing key skills in sustainability, design, construction, project management and workplace innovation. The programme combines structured learning, on\-the\-job training, mentoring and exposure to multidisciplinary teams, preparing participants for a successful career in the commercial fit\-out and construction industry. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Recent graduates or master's students in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related fields Strong communication and interpersonal skills Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and grow Proactive, dynamic and solution\-oriented attitude Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and AutoCAD Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams Fluency in Portuguese and English WHAT YOU WILL DO Support the planning, coordination and monitoring of construction and fit\-out projects Collaborate with design, budgeting and construction management teams throughout project lifecycles Review project documentation and identify potential risks, opportunities and improvement areas Participate in project meetings with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders Monitor project progress, budgets, quality standards and timelines Contribute to sustainability and innovation initiatives across projects Prepare reports, presentations and project documentation to support decision\-making processes Assist in ensuring compliance with company procedures, health \& safety standards and project requirements WHAT WE OFFER A structured 12\-month trainee programme with comprehensive learning and development opportunities Hands\-on experience in real Design \& Build projects across different sectors Mentoring and guidance from experienced professionals and leaders Exposure to multidisciplinary teams and innovative workplace solutions Development of technical, commercial and project management skills A collaborative, inclusive and entrepreneurial work environment The opportunity to build a long\-term career within JLL and Tétris Competitive trainee package and benefits WHY JOIN US?
