Join us and become part of a passionate organization driven by innovation and excellence. **About the position:** We are seeking a **Web Developer** with solid experience to join a technology team in Lisbon, working in a hybrid model (2 days per week onsite). In this role, you will play an active part in the development, support, and evolution of web applications, working with modern technologies as well as low-code platforms. We seek a versatile profile with strong technical capability and sensitivity to user experience, capable of contributing both to new developments and to maintaining existing solutions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in **Computer Engineering** or related field * Minimum of **8 years of professional experience** in web application development * Proven experience with **low-code platforms** (e.g., OutSystems, Mendix, or similar) * Strong knowledge of **JavaScript** and **modern frameworks** (e.g., React) * Experience applying **UX/UI principles** and responsive design * Experience supporting and maintaining applications in **Java** and/or **PHP** * Knowledge of **build, deploy, and troubleshooting** processes in application environments * Proficiency in **English language** (minimum B2 level).
