Job Summary: Zurich is recruiting a Data Scientist to develop AI&ML models, GenAI solutions, and collaborate in defining the architecture for implementing these models. Key Highlights: 1. Develop predictive Machine Learning and Deep Learning models. 2. Develop GenAI solutions applied to business. 3. Collaborate in defining the architecture for model implementation. Zurich is recruiting a Data Scientist to develop AI\&ML models, GenAI solutions, and collaborate in defining the architecture for implementing these models. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop predictive Machine Learning and Deep Learning models to support business areas. * Develop GenAI solutions applied to business (automation, analytics, process improvement). * Apply Open LLM (Large Language Models Open\-source) to specific business use cases. * Work closely with the IT team to select and implement the best tools and infrastructure. * Ensure MLOps best practices (governance, model monitoring, and automation). **In this context, we seek professionals with the following attributes:** * Ability to adapt to diverse technological environments. * Collaborative mindset and clear communication skills with multidisciplinary teams. * Strategic vision, oriented toward innovation and the future. * Focus on internal customers. * Dynamism, proactivity, creativity, and critical thinking. **Required Experience/Knowledge:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a postgraduate degree in AI. * At least 4 years of experience in the field. * Experience with SQL and Python. * Experience with MLOps tools and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Databricks). * Experience with GenAI solutions and integration of intelligent agents. * Knowledge of MCP Server, Agent\-to\-Agent architecture, RAG architecture, and Open LLM. * Knowledge of Machine Learning models and AI\&ML solution development. * Familiarity with Git. * Proficiency in English. **Why Zurich?** At Zurich, we enjoy thinking outside the box, challenging assumptions, and being challenged.
