




### **Job Opening Information** Area **General**Opening Date **12-19-2025**Job Type **Full-time**Industry **Technology**City **Lisbon**District/Municipality **Lisbon**Country **PT**Postal Code **1200-629**### **Job Description** Our client is a leading multinational company in the B2B sector seeking an IT Manager to ensure local implementation of strategic guidelines defined by the Group’s headquarters, guaranteeing alignment with international corporate policies and standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Providing technical support to users, both on-site and remotely * Managing, configuring, and maintaining hardware (PCs, laptops, peripherals) * Providing technical support to the Technical Room (servers, switches, UPS) * Maintaining and supporting videoconferencing systems * Managing printers and telecommunications services * Supporting the Avaya communications platform * Ensuring compliance with Group IT policies, coordinating with the international central team ### **Requirements** **Profile:** * Technical education in Information Technologies or equivalent field * Prior experience in similar roles * Solid knowledge of hardware, networks, and systems * Strong diagnostic and technical problem-solving skills * Autonomous, proactive profile with high sense of responsibility * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is essential due to constant interaction with international teams * Fluency in Portuguese; knowledge of Italian or French is an advantage
