Seeking to improve the profitability of the project, while also managing quality and guaranteeing customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities are:** · Participate in the manpower definitions, required for the various stages of the project, based on a qualitative and quantitative analysis; · Efficiently monitoring resources and guaranteeing infrastructures for carrying out the project, both internally and at the client's premises; · Leading and monitoring project teams; · Manage the interfaces and satisfaction of the project team, senior management, clients and suppliers; · Lead the definition of the project budget; · Ensure that activities carried out outside the initial scope of the project are addressed; · Monitor compliance with project milestones; · Prepare and send status reports; · Evaluate and record project results and progress; · Cost Control – such as staff, materials and invoicing. **What we look for:** · Degree in Electronic Engineering, Automation, Control and Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanics or Industrial Management (preferred); · Previous experience, at least 3 years in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or automotive environment; · Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel; · Knowledge of other languages will be valued, such as German; · Proficiency in English; · Certification in Project Management Methodologies (a plus factor); · Availability to travel outside the country (mandatory); · Strong interpersonal communication and client orientation; · Highly results\-oriented, organized and strong willing.
