QA Test Manager (French Speaker)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Quality Analyst/Test Lead to coordinate testing activities, manage QA teams, and define testing strategies, with emphasis on test automation and stakeholder management. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of testing activities and QA team management 2. Solid expertise in ALM Octane, Jira, QC, and Yest 3. Ability to define testing strategies and plans What We Are Looking For: * Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Quality Analyst and/or Test Lead; * Proven experience coordinating testing activities and managing QA teams; * Solid expertise in ALM Octane, Jira, QC, and Yest; * Experience managing TNR scope (e.g., Dommages) and supervising test execution (recette); * Ability to define testing strategies, develop test plans, and lead testing campaigns; * Test automation knowledge is highly valued; * Strong experience in stakeholder management, facilitating meetings, and project tracking; * ISTQB Test Manager certification is a plus; * Insurance domain experience is valued; * Fluency in French and English.
