If you have an eye for detail and are interested in working with high-quality content, this is your opportunity! **Responsibilities:** \- Validate content sets and individual files, ensuring: Technical compliance; Audio/video synchronization; Language verification; Image and metadata correction; \- Ensure correct display and playback of content across different system simulations; \- Identify trends and issues, proposing quality and efficiency improvements; \- Maintain detailed and accurate records of tests, validations, and problem resolutions; \- Monitor and track all tasks associated with each client request. **Requirements:** \- Minimum 2 years of experience in the in-flight entertainment (IFE) post-production industry; \- Solid experience with various IFE systems and their respective content encoding specifications; \- Knowledge of graphical user interface (GUI) requirements, navigation, and image and metadata presentation; \- Knowledge of and compliance with MPAA standards and regulations, with continuous focus on content security; \- Experience working with international remote teams; \- Fluent English at C2 level (mandatory). **Offer:** \- Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible and hybrid (3 days in the office); \- Base salary: €1,300; \- Meal allowance: €6 per day; \- Equipment: MacBook Air provided. Unlike traditional real estate agencies, we do not sell houses. We invest in them. Our model is disruptive and addresses one of the biggest pain points in the Portuguese real estate market: property owners with valuable assets but lacking capital—or exhausted by managing renovations and tenants. Zelo intervenes by investing OUR OWN CAPITAL into property rehabilitation and assumes full management through Usufruct or Management agreements, ensuring asset appreciation and stable rental income for the owner. To support our aggressive expansion in 2026, we are opening our exclusive network of Prospecting Partners. THE OPPORTUNITY: Property Scout (Real Estate Prospecting Consultant) We are seeking sharp professionals with strong local knowledge and extensive contact networks to act as Scouts (Opportunity Spotters) for investment opportunities. This is not a door-to-door sales role. It is a Market Intelligence and Networking role. Your role is to identify the "invisible" asset: that apartment in Chiado closed for five years; that villa in Estoril held as undivided inheritance; that building in Santos requiring urgent renovation. We handle the rest. WHAT YOU WILL DO Opportunity Mapping: Identify vacant, closed, or rehabilitation-needed properties in prime areas (Lisbon, Cascais, Oeiras). Initial Qualification: Gather basic information about the property (exact location, apparent condition) and, ideally, the owner’s or representative’s contact details. Referral: Submit the opportunity via our direct channel for review by our investment team. Facilitation (Optional): If you have a direct relationship with the owner, facilitate the first meeting with our Management team. PROFILE WE SEEK We do not require exclusivity or fixed hours. We seek results and access to qualified information. Natural Connectors: Professionals who interact daily with the urban fabric (Condominium Managers, Architects, Engineers, Family/Inheritance Lawyers, Insurance Agents). Field Professionals: Real Estate Agents (with “stale” leads), Postal Workers, Couriers, TVDE Drivers who know every street in the city. Attentive Residents: Individuals with deep knowledge of their neighborhood and the history of neighboring properties. Commercial Mindset: Ability to see value where others see only “an old house.” OUR COMMITMENT (COMPENSATION) We operate a transparent, above-market Success Fee model for referrals—paid upon signing of the Usufruct/Management agreement with the owner. Standard Deal (T0 to T2): Fixed fee of €1,000 per closed contract. Premium Deal (T3+ or Prime Areas): Fixed fee of €1,500 per closed contract.
