Summary: Assist in setting up, managing, and enhancing performance marketing campaigns, monitoring metrics, conducting research, and coordinating creative development. Highlights: 1. Collaborative team player with an autonomous mindset ROLE: Campaign Support & Execution: Assist in the setup, management and enhancement of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, etc. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor key metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.) and support the team with performance dashboards and regular analysis to ensure data-informed decision-making. Market & Competitor Research: Support research on trends, competitors, and keywords to uncover new opportunities and help optimize advertising strategies for maximum efficiency. Creative & Copy Coordination: Collaborate with design and content teams to support the development and testing of creatives, ad copy, and landing pages adapted to different platforms and target audiences. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or related field (preferred) Previous experience or practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads (2 years required) Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to develop a career in performance marketing Strong analytical skills and attention to accuracy Fluent in Portuguese and confident using English in a professional environment Collaborative team player with an autonomous, proactive and responsible mindset Good planning and organizational skills OFFER: A dynamic and stimulating environment with opportunities for learning, advancement, and growth; Salary aligned with demonstrated experience; Employee discounts, health insurance, and other perks.
