Join us and become part of a passionate organization driven by innovation and excellence. **About the Role:** We are looking for a **Systems Administrator** to join a challenging project, where you will play a key role in administering, operating, and evolving critical infrastructures, ensuring system availability, security, and performance. **Responsibilities:** * Administer and operate virtualized infrastructures on **VMware** and **Hyper\-V**; * Manage the virtual machine lifecycle; * Administer **Windows Server** environments, including **Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs**; * Operate and support **Microsoft Azure** infrastructures; * Ensure support and management of critical application platforms; * Monitor, analyze, and resolve production environment incidents; * Participate in **capacity planning** and resource optimization activities; * Implement security best practices, including system hardening; * Perform upgrades, patch deployments, and scheduled maintenance; * Collaborate with vendors and technology partners; * Create and maintain technical documentation; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure, processes, and operations. **Requirements:** * Professional experience as a **Systems Administrator**; * Practical experience administering **VMware, Hyper\-V, and/or Azure Local** environments; * Strong knowledge of **Windows Server**, **Active Directory**, **DNS**, **DHCP**, and **GPOs**; * Solid networking knowledge; * Experience within Microsoft ecosystems; * Experience with **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)**; * Ability to independently troubleshoot production environments; * Experience with scripting (PowerShell or equivalent); * Experience with containerized environments, particularly **Microsoft AKS**; * Professional experience in the Portuguese market and familiarity with the national business context. **We Also Value:** * Experience with **Microsoft Azure**; * Experience with enterprise application platforms; * Knowledge of **backup** and **disaster recovery** solutions; * Experience with **CI/CD** pipelines, particularly **Azure DevOps**; * Experience in critical or highly regulated environments; * Awareness and adherence to best practices in **Information Security**.
