Summary: Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls, investigate and resolve buyer, seller, customer, or creator issues, and escalate complex problems. Highlights: 1. Support from colleagues with coaching and mentoring opportunities Position: Customer Support Representative Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work model: on\-site Employment type: Full\-time (6 month contract) with possibility of extension / permanent contract **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage both incoming and outgoing customer calls * Investigate and resolved buyer, seller, customer, or creator issues, including order and logistics inquiries * Reviewee reported cases within established turnaround times and quality standards * Escalate complex or unresolved issues according to company protocols. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Native/fluent in **German** both verbal and written.
