This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with CNC machine experience who wish to advance their careers within an innovative and continuously growing company. Mandatory requirement: Candidates must hold citizenship of an EU country or have legal right to live and work in Ireland without requiring a visa or sponsorship. Prepare, configure, and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to technical drawings. Load raw materials and components into machines. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Monitor machine operation and resolve minor technical issues. Perform quality inspections on produced parts. Carry out minor adjustments and edits to CNC programs. Conduct equipment checks and preventive maintenance. Record production and quality control data. Support production planning and stock control. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation. Work collaboratively to meet production targets. Comply with all Occupational Health and Safety regulations. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNC Operator (preferably in the wood, carpentry, or furniture industry). Solid knowledge of CNC machine programming and operation. Ability to interpret technical drawings. Good computer skills. High sense of responsibility and attention to detail. Strong mechanical aptitude and basic mathematical knowledge. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills. Knowledge of carpentry tools and techniques will be considered an advantage.
