The Manager oversees the store and leads their team in alignment with company-defined objectives.** **About the Role:** * Coordinate, develop, and motivate the in-store team, enhancing your colleagues' skills * Oversee the cash register and the entire store to maintain—and whenever possible improve—our standards * Create schedules for your colleagues and monitor labor costs * Implement safety rules for staff, monitor HACCP compliance, and ensure the store remains clean and disinfected * Manage the accounting and administration of the House * Maintain and ensure proper functioning of store equipment * Maintain relations with the shopping center management entity Soft Skills: * Passion for Food Tech * Goal-oriented * Organizational and analytical skills * Negotiation, conflict resolution, and feedback delivery * Entrepreneurial mindset and stress management * Flexible schedule * Enthusiasm and positive attitude * Teamwork and communication skills Requirements: * Experience as a Manager (ideally in restaurants, bars, or cafés) * Proficiency in Office Suite * English language level B2/C1 * Valid Class B driver's license What We Offer: * Employment contract and salary commensurate with candidate’s seniority * Opportunity to join a project from day one and understand how a successful company grows and evolves * Possibility to work across all our stores, both within and outside Portugal * New colleagues and friends * Schedule: Full-time Employment Type: Full-time, Full-time/Permanent, Temporary or Fixed-term Employment Contract Contract Duration: 6 months Compensation: €1,300.00 – €1,500.00 per month Benefits: * Meal card/ticket Experience: * Team management: 1 year (Mandatory) Language: * English (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
