We are now expanding our team by hiring an IT Project Manager to be assigned to our client. Your responsibilities will include: \- Leading end\-to\-end programs (design, implementation, testing, and migration); \- Defining roadmap, governance, milestones, and execution plan; \- Coordinating internal teams (architecture, DevOps, networking, operations, development); \- Managing external partners (including international vendors); \- Planning and executing phased production environment migrations (“waves”); \- Ensuring strict adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality; \- Defining and monitoring contingency, rollback, and risk mitigation plans; \- Ensuring effective communication with technical and business stakeholders. What we expect from you: \- Academic background in Information Technology; \- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles; \- Experience in critical infrastructure / datacenter projects and complex migrations (cloud, virtualization, production); \- Experience with environments: Private Cloud / IaaS, Virtualization (e.g., VMware); \- Strong ability to manage multidisciplinary teams (including architects and DevOps); \- Experience managing vendors and external partners; \- Experience in migration planning, risk management, and service continuity; \- Excellent communication and leadership skills; \- English language proficiency; \- Knowledge or experience with Apache CloudStack (preferred); \- Experience in Service Providers, Telco, or MSP environments (preferred); \- Knowledge of BSS/OSS (preferred); \- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile/Scrum (preferred).
