The ideal candidate possesses a strong team spirit, excellent prioritization, documentation handling, and follow-up skills regarding store operations and commercial dynamics. Required Skills: * Experience processing supplier invoices. * Prior experience in Administrative Processes within the Automotive sector. Responsibilities: * Complete and verify documentation supporting commercial activities, particularly documents related to purchase and sales contracts (purchase orders, invoices), and banking documents. * Prepare processes and input them into the management software for communication with the administrative center. * Monitor the status and progress of purchase and sales processes. * Carry out all organization and handling of administrative processes inherent to the role. * Process incoming invoices related to the dealership and register them appropriately to request payments. * Vehicle Registration Administration Profile: * Prior experience in Administrative Processes within the Automotive sector; * Computer literacy (Office, especially Excel); * Organizational skills; * Completed secondary education (12th grade); * Strong sense of responsibility; * Organizational and planning abilities.
