Summary: Lead the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of the Group's capability development agenda to achieve business objectives and prepare for future challenges. Highlights: 1. With more than 13,000 employees around the world, we are committed to using our energy and heart to drive a better tomorrow. **What you will do:** Lead the design, implementation and continuous evolution of the Group's capability development agenda, ensuring the organization develops the critical skills, knowledge and capabilities required to achieve business objectives and prepare for future challenges. Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and P\&O Business Partners, translating business priorities into scalable capability\-building solutions that drive organizational performance and workforce readiness. Key Responsibilities: * Act as the focal point for Capability Development within the L\&D team, driving priorities, fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful delivery of capability\-building initiatives across the organization. * Partner with business leaders, HR stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify current and future capability needs aligned with business priorities. * Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing recommendations and insights on capability\-building priorities and development approaches. * Translate business priorities and capability development needs into targeted learning strategies, development plans and capability\-building initiatives. * Manage a portfolio of capability development initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, quality standards and budget requirements. * Monitor external trends, emerging skills and learning best practices to ensure the organization's capability agenda remains future\-focused and relevant. * Design, implement and continuously improve capability development programs, learning journeys and academies that support workforce readiness and business performance. * Define and track key performance indicators, measuring the effectiveness, adoption and business impact of capability development initiatives. * Influence and coordinate cross\-functional teams, external partners and stakeholders to drive the successful delivery of capability\-building initiatives. **Employment type:** Full Time **Work model:** Hybrid **What are we looking for** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Education or a related field. * 8\+ years of experience in Learning \& Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development or Capability Building. * Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise\-wide learning and capability development initiatives. * Experience working in complex, multinational and matrix organizations. * Experience leading complex projects and influencing stakeholders in a global and matrix environment. * Experience with skills\-based organizations, capability frameworks and workforce transformation initiatives. * Experience in Corporate Universities or Centers of Excellence. * Knowledge of learning technologies, digital learning ecosystems and AI\-enabled learning solutions. * Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the ability to influence across different levels of the organization. * Experience managing cross\-functional projects and multiple priorities simultaneously. * Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills. * Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). * Results Orientation * Additional languages are considered an asset.
