Our core areas: ➡ Quantitative Finance ➡ Risk \& Compliance ➡ Operations \& Finance ➡ Transformation \& Organization ➡ Information Systems **We are looking for a Financial Data Processing Officer** **CONTEXT** In this role, you will join a team responsible for the daily control and monitoring of accounting production across a range of evolving financial products, including commodities, listed derivatives, and equity derivatives. You will work closely with accounting, operations, and back\-office teams to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data, monitor accounting reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and support the implementation of new products and accounting schemes. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with experience in the banking sector who is looking to deepen their knowledge of market products within an international and highly regulated financial environment. **MAIN MISSION** To ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of accounting production by performing daily reconciliations, monitoring accounting controls, resolving discrepancies, and supporting accounting testing and documentation activities related to market products. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Control and monitor daily reconciliations between back\-office management systems and the accounting database. * Monitor daily accounting production and process CRE and CRS rejections. * Perform daily reconciliations of suspense and deferred accounts. * Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies, including the preparation of manual accounting entries when required. * Monitor and maintain the chart of accounts. * Support accounting testing activities for new products and changes to existing accounting schemes. * Prepare and maintain documentation related to financial products, accounting processes, and control procedures. * Identify accounting inconsistencies and escalate relevant issues to the appropriate stakeholders. * Collaborate with back\-office, accounting, operations, and other internal teams. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting controls and reconciliation processes. * Ensure that all accounting activities are completed accurately and within the required deadlines. **PROFILE \& SKILLS** * Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field. * 2 to 3 years of professional experience in Accounting or a similar Finance role. * Previous experience within the banking or financial services sector is strongly preferred. * Knowledge of banking accounting principles. * Understanding of financial market products, including commodities, listed derivatives, and equity derivatives. * Knowledge of IFRS standards associated with financial instruments and market products. * Experience performing account reconciliations and investigating accounting discrepancies. * Good analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team. * Rigorous, responsive, and autonomous working approach. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to analyse and summarise complex financial information. * Good command of English **TECHNICAL SKILLS** * Insurance Accounting * IFRS 17 * French GAAP * General Accounting * Financial Closing * Account Reconciliation * Financial Analysis * Analytical Review * Audit Documentation * Advanced Microsoft Excel * IFRS 9 *(nice to have)* * Insurance Industry Knowledge (Life \& Non\-Life) **WHAT WE OFFER** * Gross annual salary aligned with your experience and seniority. * Permanent contract (CTI). * Meal allowance. * Health Insurance. * Extra holiday: Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve. * Access to Quanteam Academy for continuous learning and certifications. * Elevate Program to support professional development and career growth. * Career progression plan. * Ongoing follow\-up and technical support provided by a Consultant Expert.
